We endeavour to deliver next working day to most parts of mainland UK as standard – you just need to order before 12pm

What’s more, you get FREE standard delivery if you spend over £29.90

If you spend under £29.90, we need to add a £5.99 delivery charge

What if I miss the 12pm deadline?

We will still pick and pack your order as quickly as possible, but it would be delivered within two working days to most parts of mainland UK

Can you deliver at weekends or to harder to reach destinations?

We can arrange to deliver on Saturdays to most parts of mainland UK and we can arrange delivery to any UK destinations that are more difficult to reach or offshore, but extra charges would apply. Please call us on 01865 604185 or email us hello@completepet.co.uk if you would like to request a non-standard delivery destination or time.

How will I get my delivery?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for smaller packages and DHL for our larger parcel deliveries as we think they are the best!  Our warehouse team will pick and pack your parcel and then either Royal Mail or DHL will deliver it to you.

When will you deliver?

When our warehouse team pass the parcel (sorry!) to DHL or Royal Mail, their system will update you by SMS text message and email to notify you that they have your parcel.

DHL will then inform you by SMS and email of a one hour delivery slot estimation on the morning of delivery so you don't have to wait in all day.  You can even watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot.  Clever!
